HDPE Geomembranes Liners are manufactured from a nonpolar thermoplastic polymer which is chemically very stable but forms a melt above 140 °C, and so can be extruded at approximately 200 °C. Therefore in practice, HDPE geomembranes sheets cannot be glued by chemical processes and welding by thermal process is the jointing technology of choice.

Welding or seaming of HDPE Geomembrane is a thickness dependant technique that requires a minimum material thickness to create an effective weld without distortion. Extrusion welds in sheet less than 1.0 mm thickness are not recommended. Extrusion welds in 1.0 mm thick HDPE Sheet show some distortion and can sometimes be very difficult to prepare around intricate pipe penetrations and mechanical attachments. 1.5 mm thick HDPE Geomembrane sheet can be reliably extrusion welded in most situations and is recommended in most applications. Welds in 2.0 and 2.5 mm thick HDPE Sheet are excellent and are recommended in applications that require exceptional durability. Extrusion welds are very slow and are typically used only for repairs and details.

For HDPE liner shipment, in order to avoiding water when shipping on the boat, we specially use a thin layer plastic firm to package the geomembane in the side, then white or black  woven bags for outside, paper tube inside, easy to load and download.

Paste our label or as per client request, loading them into container safely at our factory, make all goods arriving clients no damage, keep perfect. They are packed in the woven bags 50m/roll,100m/roll or follow your demand

Shipping: load container directly from our plant by truck, then go to the port, than go your site by sea.

A: 100% plant, not trading company, we are in Jinan city of Shandong Province in China.

2. Q: What's about your production capacity?

A: We produce 5 x 40ft container per day for HDPE geomembrane.

 3. Q: How about your delivery time?

A: Within 7-14 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement.

4. Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?

A: The MOQ is 5000m2, customer can mix different sizes in one 20GP. We suggest at least 20GP,as by our exporting experience, 20GP container sea freight is more economic. 

 5. Q: How about quality guarantee of your liner? 

A:1) Material Purchase Control. Our Material are imported from Iran and Saudi Arabia or Qatar. Those country specializing in better raw material.
