A geomembrane is very low permeability synthetic membrane liner or barrier used with any geotechnical engineering related material so as to control fluid (or gas) migration in a human-made project, structure, or system. Geomembranes are made from relatively thin continuous polymeric sheets, but they can also be made from the impregnation of geotextiles with asphalt, elastomer or polymer sprays, or as multilayered bitumen geocomposites. Continuous polymer sheet geomembranes are, by far, the most common.
HDPE liner (High Density Polyethylene) is special form of polyethylene that has longer carbon strings with less branching. The result is a more compactable molecule and a higher density. HDPE liner is available smooth or with texturing called textured geomembrane to increase the slip coefficient. HDPE liner is shipped in large rolls and mechanically deployed. All seams are made in the field using heat fusion or a tape designed for geosynthetics. HDPE liner is slightly less expensive than other materials, but has a higher cost of installation. It can be cost effective in large projects. HDPE liner should only be installed by qualified professionals.
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is the high density version of PE plastic and is harder and denser than the LDPE, but is less ductile, and lighter than water. Plastic film lining, when suitably used, can provide an answer to prevention of seepage losses. LDPE Film / Sheet linings have been successfully used in our country in the lining of small, medium as well as large size Ponds for water conservation.
HDPE is an excellent product for large applications that require UV and Ozone resistance, chemical resistance or high-quality installations. Typically used in landfill and mining applications, this product is delivered in large rolls with a width of 22.5′ and is heat welded in the field by trained technicians providing a high quality, test certified installation. HDPE offers the most cost effective liner for large projects. HDPE is available in thicknesses ranging from 40 to 120 mil.
HDPE Lining materials are a cost-effective choice for exposed lining projects. This product has been used in landfills, WWT lagoons, animal waste lagoons and mining applications.

For HDPE liner shipment, in order to avoiding water when shipping on the boat, we specially use a thin layer plastic firm to package the geomembane in the side, then white or black woven bags for outside, paper tube inside, easy to load and download.
Paste our label or as per client request, loading them into container safely at our factory, make all goods arriving clients no damage, keep perfect. They are packed in the woven bags 50m/roll,100m/roll or follow your demand
Shipping: load container directly from our plant by truck, then go to the port, than go your site by sea.

A: 100% plant, not trading company, we are in Jinan city of Shandong Province in China.
2. Q: What's about your production capacity?
A: We produce 5 x 40ft container per day for HDPE geomembrane.
3. Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Within 7-14 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement.
4. Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ is 5000m2, customer can mix different sizes in one 20GP. We suggest at least 20GP,as by our exporting experience, 20GP container sea freight is more economic.
