Today's sophisticated fish farming procedures demand a more manageable, controlled environment that can be achieved by an unpredictable mud-bottom pond. As fish hatcheries respond to the increased demand for edible fish, synthetic geomembrane liners are being used for ponds to provide better control, increased production and decreased maintenance. With the pond bottom not covered with soil, the pond operator can control the chemical and biological condition of the pond, and thus reduce chances of disease and other imbalance in the aquaculture environment.
Fish and prawn farmers often choose to line their ponds by HDPE liner because their soil is porous and water is a commodity. Disease control/hygiene can also be easier with lined ponds and bank erosion and turbidity can be controlled more easily meaning cleaner water.

HDPE sheet is a high quality, high density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembranes with two co extruded, textured surface and consisting approximately 97.5% polyethylene, 2.5% carbone black and trace amounts of antioxidants and heat stabilizers; no other additives, filters or extenders are used. The resin used is specially formulated virgin polyethylene and is designed specifically for flexible Geomembrane applications. It has excellent resistance to UV radiation and is suitable for exposed condition. This product allows projects with greater slopes to be designed since frictional characteristics are enhanced, and the smooth edges allow for an easier, quicker welding process and future maintenance. This material is non-toxic and is certified safe by Standard and Industrial Research (SISIR).

HDPE geomembranes are made of high quality, virgin polyethylene which demonstrates excellent chemical resistance i.e. oily wastes, acids, and hydrocarbons. It is resistant to a great number and combinations of chemical. Under normal conditions aggressive organic solvents and inorganic acids do not cause any serious effects. For HDPE liner shipment, in order to avoiding water when shipping on the boat, we specially use a thin layer plastic firm to package the geomembane in the side, then white or black  woven bags for outside, paper tube inside, easy to load and download.

Paste our label or as per client request, loading them into container safely at our factory, make all goods arriving clients no damage, keep perfect. They are packed in the woven bags 50m/roll,100m/roll or follow your demand

Shipping: load container directly from our plant by truck, then go to the port, than go your site by sea.

A: 100% plant, not trading company, we are in Jinan city of Shandong Province in China.

2. Q: What's about your production capacity?

A: We produce 5 x 40ft container per day for HDPE geomembrane.

 3. Q: How about your delivery time?

A: Within 7-14 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement.

4. Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?

A: The MOQ is 5000m2, customer can mix different sizes in one 20GP. We suggest at least 20GP,as by our exporting experience, 20GP container sea freight is more economic.
