High Density Polyethylene Liners are produced from virgin polyethylene resins. Linear low density polyethylene plastic has outstanding flexibility and elongation characteristics. There are no theoretical limits to the size of the liner panels that we can prefabricate but there are some practical limits, notably panel weight. Each and every liner panel we produce is a custom panel. The way we set up our shop is unique in that our shop welders produce prefabricated panels to best match your containment area.
High Density Polyethylene , has the distinction of being the strongest, toughest, most chemical resistant and least flexible of the four types of flexible plastic sheeting referenced in this article. HDPE is also the most UV resistant- holding up to the harsh rays of the sun without needing UV additive packages. HDPE's strength comes from its tight cell structure that makes it very difficult for other molecules to pass through its structure on a microscopic level. When applications call for very large liners such as pond liners, HDPE is the most easily seamed or "sewn" together. Used industrially, the thickness range from 12 mils to100 mil thick. HDPE is used as secondary containment liners for oil tanks, and most industrial ponds and canal liners where chemical resistance is needed.
Shandong Tianhai Geomembranes are impermeable membranes used in conjunction with rocks or earth to block fluid migration in man-made structures. In most cases, they are made of synthetic polymers. Unlike other methods of controlling fluid movement, such as using clay, asphalt, or sand stabilized with cement, these membranes have almost no permeability if there are no holes in the material. Due to their flexibility, they can accommodate ground settling and shifting. Geomembranes may also be called synthetic liners, polymeric membranes, or flexible membrane liners.
Shandong Tianhai High Density Polyethylene (Hdpe) geomembrane provide an impermeable barrier against a wide range of solids and liquids. They exhibit excellent chemical and UV resistance, impermeability, and high yield and welded seam strengths. The best thing is that it can be easily molded and welded together and the use of UV Stabilizers improves its weather resistance. Wetcomb prime motive is to keep the Nature clean.

For HDPE liner shipment, in order to avoiding water when shipping on the boat, we specially use a thin layer plastic firm to package the geomembane in the side, then white or black woven bags for outside, paper tube inside, easy to load and download.
Paste our label or as per client request, loading them into container safely at our factory, make all goods arriving clients no damage, keep perfect. They are packed in the woven bags 50m/roll,100m/roll or follow your demand
Shipping: load container directly from our plant by truck, then go to the port, than go your site by sea.

A: 100% plant, not trading company, we are in Jinan city of Shandong Province in China.
2. Q: What's about your production capacity?
A: We produce 5 x 40ft container per day for HDPE geomembrane.
3. Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Within 7-14 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement.
4. Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ is 5000m2, customer can mix different sizes in one 20GP. We suggest at least 20GP,as by our exporting experience, 20GP container sea freight is more economic.
