Tinhy Geosynthetics HDPE textured geomembranes are available with either single- or double-sided textured surface which exhibit superior shear strength and the highest multi-axial performance offered in the market. Our products have a proven history of success in many lining applications, including:soild wasted landfill,Ming,Coal Ash Pond, Animal Waste Containtment.
It is a co-extruded textured high-density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane available on one or both sides. It is manufactured from the highest quality resin specifically formulated for flexible geomembranes. This product is used in applications that require increased frictional resistance, excellent chemical resistance and endurance properties.
HDPE is a heavy duty dam liner used all around the world, for most industrial applications. Due to its High puncture resistance, high tensile strength and chemical resistance, HDPE is common place where long service life and high durability is required.
HPDE can be supplied in thicknesses of 1.5, 2, and 2.5mm. HDPE cannot be pre-fabricated in house due to its rigidity, and must be installed on site. Although being very rigid, Waterlogic can fabricate HDPE to fit any dam or application.
The ideal slope for a plastic lined dam is a 3:1 gradient, however if design constraints require steeper gradients, installation can still be achieved, although additional safety requirements would need to be considered. Shandong Tianhai can supply ladders welded to the liner surface, alternatively you can opt for one of the options below, and soil cover the top perimetre of the dam, allowing maximum safety and aesthetics. In preparation of the dam surface (sub grade) ready for the liner installation, some earth works must be completed.This should bring the sub grade to a level that is a dry, smooth, firm and unyielding foundation, without abrupt elevation changes, voids, cracks, or standing water, free from vegetation, sharp edged rocks, stones, sticks, construction debris and other foreign debris. It is recommended to have the sub grade flat drum rolled just prior to the liner installation.

Packing & Shipping
For geomembrane, in order to avoiding water when shipping on the boat, we specially use a thin layer plast firm to package the geomembane in the side, then white or black woven bags for outside, paper tube inside, easy to install.
Marking our label or as per client request, loading them into container safely at our factory, make all goods arriving clients no damage, keep perfect. They are packed in the woven bags 50m/roll,100m/roll or follow your demand
Shipping: load container directly from our plant by truck, then go to the port, than go your site by sea.

1.Q: What's about your production capacity?
A: We produce 10 x 40ft container per day for geomembrane.
2.Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Within 7-14 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement.
3.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ is 5000m2, customer can mix different sizes in one 20GP. We suggest at least 20GP,as by our exporting experience, 20GP container sea freight is more economic.
4.Q: How about quality guarantee of your tires?
A:1) Material Purchase Control. Our Material are imported from Iran and Saudi Arabia. Those country specializing in better raw material.
